"I wish they could take me as I am."

FCIC trainees allow UCEDDs to follow them as they move through student experiences into their chosen professions. By learning how trainees apply their information, skills, and knowledge about developmental disabilities into their classes, internships, practica, seminars and their professional life, helps us shape our training curriculum for future students. We gather information from trainees through surveys conducted, 1 year after graduation then every year for the next 5 years and after that at 10 year intervals.
